How do I get started?

Getting started with Ngager is easy. You can either download our app here, or simply log in through your web browser. Don't have an active account yet? Contact us at Ngager, and we'll assist you in getting started!

How do I log in?

With an invitation from your administrator, you can easily log in using your email.

Do I need your app to use Ngager?

You can choose whether to use it on your mobile, tablet, or through the web. Ngager will always keep you updated, whether you're in the office or on the go.

Does Ngager work with any type of smartphone?

Yes, it works with any mobile device - we support all systems and phones.

How many users can you have?

There is no upper limit to the number of users in the system - Ngager currently serves both small businesses and large organizations - connecting everyone with one system.

Can other systems be linked to Ngager?

Yes! It is possible to link other systems. For the employee, this makes it easier as they only need to access one app. Our users often integrate various HR systems and other platforms to simplify communication with their employees. At Ngager, we assist in implementing different systems and exporting data if needed. We make it easy for both you and your employees with a unified system.

How do I add users?

The system only requires first name, last name, and email address. You can add a personal email address if you prefer; this will also serve as the username when the employee logs in.

How do I remove or pause a user?

The system administrator can either "pause" an employee, such as those working only during peak seasons or on parental leave. You only pay when you use the system, whether it's full-time or part-time employees added to the system.
