Why is your personal data processed?

Processing of your personal data occurs for the following reasons:

What is the legal basis for the processing?

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is:

We have agreements with the vendors who act as data processors for us. We always take appropriate measures to ensure that the recipients of your personal data do not process them for purposes other than those described in this policy and that the processing is done securely.

Where do we process your personal data?

Our goal is for all processing of your personal data to take place within the EU/EEA. However, despite this goal, your personal data may in some cases be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EU/EEA, for example, because we use cloud service providers. If your personal data is processed outside the EU/EEA, we will take all reasonable legal, technical, and organizational measures required to ensure that your personal data is handled and protected in a manner comparable to the protection offered within the EU/EEA.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We process your personal data for as long as the contractual relationship lasts, and after that, for as long as the processing is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing. Regarding customer and supplier information, we keep this for seven years. Your personal data will be stored for a maximum of one year after the contract is terminated. After that, the data will be deleted.

What are your rights?

According to the General Data Protection Regulation and Swedish law, you have the following rights that you can demand from the Company:

  • Right of access – You have the right, without charge, to request confirmation of how and what personal data we process about you and to receive a copy of the data.
  • Right to rectification and supplementation – You have the right, without charge, to request that incorrect personal data about you be corrected. Correction should be made without undue delay. You also have the right to request that incomplete information about you be supplemented.
  • Right to erasure – Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request and obtain the erasure of your personal data. However, this right does not apply if we can demonstrate certain compelling reasons against erasure.
  • Right to restriction of processing – In certain situations, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data, for example, during the time we investigate whether the information about you is incorrect.
  • Data portability – You have the right to receive personal data about you that you have provided to us. You also have the right to demand that we facilitate the transfer of your data to another party.
  • Right to object – In certain situations, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. However, this right does not apply if we can demonstrate certain compelling reasons to continue the processing. When it comes to objections to marketing, this right is absolute.
